Our project focused on investigating the luggage handling journey at CPH Airport, which was identified as a pain point by travellers. We aimed to improve the overall process and provide greater security, reduce stress, and increase satisfaction for passengers and staff. Our team conducted a study on self-service technology and baggage handling, utilizing existing data and developing practical recommendations. My role was to contribute equally to research, writing, and report compilation. Our goal is to help CPH Airport become the preferred airport in the nordics by improving the airport experience.
