Redesign increases number of subscribers

As part of the TV 2 PLAY team, I contributed to a successful redesign that significantly increased the number of subscribers. Our efforts included creating a new design system, purchasing flow, and information architecture, integrating data tracking, and designing for multiple platforms. Our primary goal was to convert TV 2.dk users into TV 2 PLAY subscribers, which we achieved through deep understanding of user psychology and rigorous A/B testing. Throughout the project, I gained valuable experience in strategic design, user psychology, A/B testing, and collaboration with external agencies.
