As part of a master's group project at the IT University, I collaborated with Tivoli to conduct a business analysis of Tivoli and its competitors. Our team developed the 'Tale Tracking' concept, which utilized data to help Tivoli understand guest movement patterns, shopping habits, and create tailored experiences to increase loyalty and consumption. I conducted market research, analysed data, and contributed to the development of the concept. Our project received excellent feedback from Tivoli, who was impressed with our insights and recommendations. In addition, our project received an A+ from the University, recognizing the quality of our work and the impact it could have on Tivoli's business.
