

On March 29, 2015, a significant operational change occurred at the airport when domestic flights were relocated from Terminal 1 to Terminals 2 and 3. This relocation meant that all the essential services such as Check-in, Security, Departure, Arrival, and Luggage were now available in one place, making it more convenient for travellers. As one of the two project managers responsible for the communication campaign, I played a crucial role in coordinating with the airport, aircraft operators, agency, and film production team. I led the design and delivery of various communication materials, including a large banner, information leaflets, and a series of animated videos that effectively informed domestic travelers about the terminal relocation.As a result, the relocation of Terminal 1 was a successful project, and travelers could easily access all the necessary services at one location.
